This light does a really great job for my plants
I received the Eden Plant Tower a year ago and everyday I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and the included instructions were clear and concise. I've been growing a variety of herbs and leafy greens, and the results have been incredible. The plants are thriving, and the yields are far greater than I expected.
Pros: The system is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners like myself. The vertical design makes it perfect for small spaces, like apartments or in my case my dining room. I have it nestled nicely in a corner. I'm consistently amazed at how much produce I can grow in such a small footprint. Growing my own food has never tasted better! The herbs and greens are incredibly fresh and flavorful. It's been a fascinating learning experience, and I've enjoyed learning about hydroponics and plant growth. Email updates and updates on social media platforms are helpful and keep me up to date to changes, parts, and new tips
Cons: The Tower Garden is a bit of an investment upfront. While not overly demanding, it does require regular watering and nutrient additions. Despite the initial cost and minor maintenance requirements, I highly recommend the Eden Plant Tower. It's a fantastic way to grow fresh, healthy food at home, (especially in our current economy and the sad way that our produce rots so rapidly) and I'm confident that it will continue to provide me with delicious produce for years to come.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, your package is currently stuck at a Canada Post warehouse due to the ongoing strike. We shipped it before the strike was announced, and had we known in advance, we would have chosen an alternative carrier.
I received the Grow Bundle and began planting and treating the water. Within a week I had little babies starting. As promised, within 30 days I was eating the produce. Thank you HOPE INNOVATIONS.
Loved it right away as so much more quiet then the old Eden pump. I haven’t had it very long, maybe a month, but so far it’s working good.
My plants are thriving and can hardly keep up! Its amazing!
Our tower came with the noisy pump. Hope suggested this replacement. They shipped within hours of purchase, it arrived in a couple days, and it is whisper quiet. A bit meh that we had to go through the rigamarole but we quite happy now.

I received the new planting cups which are only 1 solid piece as opposed to the old ones that are 2 pieces. I like the 2 pieces better for plants that are established. If you are planting seeds the one piece works great. Pros and cons for both

Eden Tower I love my Eden Tower. The support behind the product is second to none. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the pump is a bit loud but not sure anything can be done about that. Also, I just pretend that it is the sound of a garden growing. Anxious to try different plants in it as well.
New pump is great but it was replacing a pump that fried. The new pump took over a week to arrive and in that time all the plants died despite trying to keep them in nutrient water. Definitely need to keep a backup pump on hand so not reliant on shipping times.
I ordered the backup bundle, for a couple of reasons. Good to have a backup light (one of my lights did burn out) and also good to have a spare pump, and other important pieces. I thought it was a good value for sure. Love this company and what they stand for. Just had a huge salad last night from my Eden Tower.

Eden Tower Plants are growing okay but we have to keep the pump on full speed or it makes a horrible buzzing noise.

Eden Tower This is well constructed and the instructions were very thorough. Have had some success but some seeds weren’t sprouting so had to re sow. Other than that the plants that have sprouted are looking good. Great product!
Translation is quite difficult. It would be helpful if there was a PDF version.

Add On Tower Covers I can’t exclaim how much I respect this company. There was a small issue with the original design and Hope Innovations provided a solution at an extremely reasonable price.
The tower covers arrived promptly and were so easy to install. The covers are aesthetically pleasing and address the previous issue.
