A million small farms. Starting with yours.

Most of them in homes like yours. Here's why we're building toward that, one garden at a time.

Our Story

It started in our parents' garage

Ryan and Tessa at home beside their Eden Tower garden

Hey, we're Ryan and Tessa, a brother and sister from small-town Alberta.

That's a real harvest of lettuce we grew right at home (and yes, that's the cat). The wild part? This whole thing started with a video game. Here's the story.

It started in our parents' garage

No investors, no big plan. Just the two of us and an idea we couldn't shake.

And it came from a video game

Ryan automated a little farm inside a game so food grew on its own. He couldn't stop thinking, why don't we do that in real life?

Tessa had the answer

She was studying environmental science at the time. "Have you tried hydroponics?" That one question set everything in motion.

Then we failed. A lot.

Every frustrating thing that makes people give up on growing their own food, we ran into all of it. But we're stubborn.

Eventually, we cracked it

A system where you just drop in a seed and you're done. No transplanting. Nobody had done it that way, so we patented it.

Then people showed up

Where We're Headed

Imagine a world that grows its own food

You've probably felt it yourself. Prices climb, shelves sit half empty, and the fresh food you wanted just isn't there. That's what happens when nearly everything you eat rides in from a few giant farms thousands of miles away. Now imagine the opposite. Millions of gardens and communities like yours, growing their own food right at home, so it never has to travel across the country to reach your plate. A food system that belongs to all of us, not balanced on a few. That's the world we're working toward, and it starts in homes like yours.

Fresher

Picked at home, not shipped across the world to get to you.

More secure

Your food stays on your table, no matter what happens elsewhere.

Harder to break

Spread across millions of homes instead of held by a few.

The more of us growing our own food, the stronger we all are.

Here's the honest part. We can't build this on our own, and we've never wanted to. A future like this only happens when enough of us start growing, one home at a time, until those homes add up to millions. That's exactly why we build our gardens, so you can grow real food anywhere, all year round, with no green thumb and no farm required. And when you grow with us, you're not just feeding yourself. You're feeding your family, looking out for your community, and becoming part of something far bigger than one kitchen. This is the future we believe in. Come help us grow it.

The Three Of Us

The people behind it

Ryan

Ryan

Co-founder

The builder of the family. Ryan has been designing and making things since he was a kid, he even won a K'NEX building contest for all of North America at twelve. He's the kind of person who can't leave a system alone until it's better, which is exactly who you want building your garden.

Tessa

Tessa

Co-founder

Tessa always wanted to do bigger things, so she earned a degree in environmental science and traveled the world researching how our food is really grown, from organic farming to the certifications behind it. What stuck with her through all of it is simple: we are stronger when we are connected to our own food and looking out for each other. That belief is the backbone of everything we build.

Brad

Brad

Co-founder

Our dad. Brad grew up on a small Saskatchewan farm and loved just about all of it, the seeding, the harvest, the hard work. Everything except pulling weeds. He raised four kids, and these days he gets to do the thing he always hoped for, building something alongside two of them.
