Basic Eden Tower Indoor Garden

We usually ship your Basic Tower within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed over the weekend will head out the following Monday, since shipping carriers are not open for drop offs on weekends.

Once your tower has shipped, delivery times are usually:

Canada

West Coast: about 2 to 5 business days

East Coast: about 6 to 10 business days

United States

Most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days after shipping. Customs can sometimes add extra time, and once a package is with customs, the timing is out of our hands.

We will get your tower packed up and on its way as quickly as possible so you can start growing soon.

All of our towers are built to grow with you, so you do not have to buy a whole new system later. You can always add accessories individually and customize your garden as your needs change. We created these starter packages to make it easy to choose the setup that fits you best.

Basic Tower

The Basic Tower is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to try indoor growing for the first time. It comes with everything you need to get started right out of the box, including:

Pro Tower

The Pro Tower includes everything in the Basic package, plus extra features to help protect your garden and support a wider variety of plants.

This package is great for homes with pets or toddlers, because the tent helps protect your plants. The tent is also helpful if your home has cold drafts or if you want to place your tower somewhere cooler than 16°C, which is about 61°F.

We do not recommend placing your garden anywhere cooler than 10°C, which is about 50°F, even with the tent.

The Pro package also includes fans and taller pillars, which help you grow taller plants like tomatoes and peppers more successfully.

Premium Tower

The Premium Tower is our most complete and optimized package. It includes everything from the Basic and Pro bundles, plus all of our most helpful add ons.

This package is designed for people who want the easiest setup, the most flexibility, and the ability to grow the widest variety of plants. It includes extras like:

Cleaning kit

Air stone for faster and healthier growth

Trellis for vining plants

Extra growing supplies

Microgreen kit

The Premium Tower gives you the full setup from the start, so you have everything you need to grow more, experiment more, and make your indoor garden easier to maintain.

Yes, you can grow taller plants in the Basic Tower.

For the best results, we recommend choosing dwarf, determinate, bush, or vining varieties. These types of plants are easier to manage in the Basic setup.

You may need to prune them a little more often than you would with the taller pillars included in the Pro and Premium packages, but it is absolutely possible.

Yes, absolutely. The Basic Tower is designed to be a strong foundation that you can build on over time.

Our goal was to create a system that grows with you, so you can customize your garden based on your needs without having to buy a brand new setup. You can easily add extra layers, accessories, or upgrades to your Eden Tower whenever you are ready.

We also designed the parts to be universal, which means your tower can adapt as new technology becomes available. Whether that is upgraded pumps, lights, sensors, or other features, you can continue improving your system instead of replacing it.

The Eden Tower keeps growing simple, while still giving you the flexibility to make it your own.

The Basic Eden Tower is designed to be very low maintenance. On average, it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes a month to keep it running smoothly.

The main thing you will need to do is top up the water and nutrients when the reservoir gets low. You DO NOT need to drain the whole reservoir and refill it every time. Just add more water and nutrients as needed.

You will also want to do a quick check to make sure the water is running properly and everything is working the way it should. As your plants grow, some lower leaves may naturally die or fall off, so you can simply remove those to keep the tower clean and healthy.

Other than that, the fun part is harvesting your plants when they are ready.

For deep cleaning, you only need to do a full clean every 6 to 12 months. You can replant between grows without deep cleaning the system every single time.

Leafy greens and herbs grow best in the Basic Eden Tower, making it perfect for things like lettuce, kale, spinach, basil, mint, parsley, cilantro, and other everyday favourites.

You can also grow larger plants like tomatoes, peppers, beans, and other fruiting plants. For the best results, we recommend choosing determinate, dwarf, or bush varieties. These plants may need a little more pruning and care in the Basic Tower, but they are absolutely doable.

You can also grow microgreens in any of our towers. The Premium package includes our reusable microgreen kit, but it can also be purchased separately for the Basic or Pro Tower.

One of the best parts is that you are not locked into expensive refill pods. You can use your own seeds, which means you can grow organic, heirloom, or specialty varieties that you actually want.

Cleaning the Basic Tower is simple. For a quick clean, add hot water with an organic cleaner, citric acid, vinegar, or hydrogen peroxide into the reservoir, then let it circulate through the system without plants for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, drain the solution and wipe everything down and rinse as needed.

For regular care, remove any fallen leaves, old roots, or plant debris as you see them. This helps keep your tower fresh and running smoothly.

You only need to do a deep clean every 8 to 12 months.

We also offer a cleaning kit that makes the process even easier. It includes a collapsible pail, brushes, sponge, hose, and squeegee, so you have all the tools you need in one place. The cleaning kit is included in the Premium package and can also be purchased separately for the Basic Tower.

Yes, the Basic Eden Tower is extremely beginner friendly. In fact, it is our easiest and most beginner friendly setup.

We designed it to give you everything you need to succeed without overwhelming you with extra add ons or advanced features. So if you are nervous, new to growing, or easily overwhelmed, the Basic Tower is a great place to start.

It comes with clear instructions and a helpful growing guide filled with tips and tricks to walk you through the process. We also keep the setup simple. Just place your seeds into the planting cups, no transplanting needed, then add water and nutrients to the reservoir at the bottom.

From there, your tower does the hard work, and you can start harvesting many plants in about 30 days or more, depending on what you grow.
