I recently added a fourth tower to my collection. I now dedicate 2 to fruiting plants and 2 to leafy plants. My kids have grown fond of all kinds of leafy combinations in their lunchboxes and we are spoilt for freshness.
I decided to wait to write a review. It’s been a little over 30 days and I am so pleased with my Eden Tower! It’s an easy set up, and fits nicely in the corner of one of my rooms. I was still a bit hesitant in this whole “hydroponic gardening” venture, and I had been researching for months on the right system to purchase. I bought from Hope Innovations because I felt they had a system that aligned with me and my purchasing choices/ freedoms....specifically being able to choose where to buy my seeds. Watching my first few seeds sprout was so exciting! And now, I have big heads of lettuce, and my other plants (arugula, tomato, kale, Swiss chard, etc) are growing nicely. I have friends who are blown away by this system and how well the produce is looking. The company is great, they were very supportive when my shipment was delayed due to a courier problem, and I was thankful that they answered my questions promptly and did their best to work with this mishap. Good customer service. So I am beyond thrilled that I made this purchase, and now I can eat good healthy food that I am growing indoors all year round. I highly recommend this company and the Eden Tower.
These little fans have been an excellent addition to my Eden Tower. It’s been great for pollinating my tomato plants and keeping the grow lights from getting a bit too warm for my other plants. I’ve clip one to each level and I’m so grateful that they can plug right into each pillar at each level.
I received the Eden Plant Tower a year ago and everyday I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and the included instructions were clear and concise. I've been growing a variety of herbs and leafy greens, and the results have been incredible. The plants are thriving, and the yields are far greater than I expected.
Pros: The system is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners like myself. The vertical design makes it perfect for small spaces, like apartments or in my case my dining room. I have it nestled nicely in a corner. I'm consistently amazed at how much produce I can grow in such a small footprint. Growing my own food has never tasted better! The herbs and greens are incredibly fresh and flavorful. It's been a fascinating learning experience, and I've enjoyed learning about hydroponics and plant growth. Email updates and updates on social media platforms are helpful and keep me up to date to changes, parts, and new tips
Cons: The Tower Garden is a bit of an investment upfront. While not overly demanding, it does require regular watering and nutrient additions. Despite the initial cost and minor maintenance requirements, I highly recommend the Eden Plant Tower. It's a fantastic way to grow fresh, healthy food at home, (especially in our current economy and the sad way that our produce rots so rapidly) and I'm confident that it will continue to provide me with delicious produce for years to come.
Start with easy-to-grow plants: Leafy greens like lettuce and herbs are a great place to begin. Follow the instructions carefully: The included guide provides valuable information on plant care and troubleshooting.Join the community: Connect with other Tower Garden owners online for support and inspiration “Eden Tower heroes” Ryan and Tessa are AWESOME, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It's a family run company and they're eager to share info and updates with you like family. 💜
Set up was fairly easy with your video tutorial and we have little sprouts of arugula, spring lettuce and kale after two days of planting your seeds. We feel like expecting parents. Lol
I absolutely LOVE my tower garden! I spent months researching different tower gardens and I finally landed on the Tower Garden with Hope Innovations. Best part, they are in my home province so not only am I supporting very local but I found a garden to match my needs. Easy to use and if I ever need parts or supplies I can get them shipped out extremely quick or find them on Amazon. I love not being tied to tower specific pods.
I had a few hiccups in the first month or 2 with the reverse osmosis filtered water I was purchasing causing biofilms in my garden. Hope Innovations was super responsive and helped me trouble shoot the issue. Once we figured it out, it’s been smooth sailing. There is nothing better than harvesting my own veggies at the exact moment when I need it. I was even able to start a lot of my outdoor plants in the Tower which was wonderful to get a head start for my outdoor mini garden.
I am so happy with the Tower, supplies AND the customer support I’ve received. Seriously don’t wait and grab your indoor garden before winter hits. I also love that they offer a payment plan option to help people with getting started on growing but without the initial bigger cost. There’s just so much to love about this garden and company. :)
I purchased 2 Eden Towers through their kickstart program. I was so excited when they arrived. We had a few hiccups with shipping and a couple items were damaged but they quickly shipped out replacement parts and I was off to growing!! I just cleaned my tower and started about my 5th batch of plants. I have used it to start all my plants that I put outdoors in my garden and they are doing wonderful!!! During the winter I kept greens for salad - tastes SO much better than store bought! I have a tower from another company but this one surpasses it in quality, ease of growing, ease of cleaning (VERY easy to clean!!!!) and putting it together has been a breeze. PLUS it looks much better than the other round bulky one I have. This is sleek, fits nicely in a corner or along a wall...give it a try!! I think you will LOVE it!!
I have had my Eden Tower for 4 months now and I love it. I have 3 large pepper plants starting to bloom. It us easy and efficient. Just don't plant taller plants in upper sections as when the plants touch lights , it will burn them out!.
We are a family of 4 and I was determined to find way to grow more food at home. I spent months researching various vertical indoor tower gardens and landed on Hope Innovations. I was excited to see this was a Canadian company and the price was much better then other brands on the market, so i decided to take the leap. We set up 15 Jan 23, and the attached photos were taken just over 30 days of growing. We have already harvested some herbs and multiple lettuce heads. I have seedlings that I will transition outdoors come spring that are doing amazing. The tower has allowed me to started my seedling for outdoor growing without the hassle of watering, nor having every window sill covered with trays.
Pros:
-Fresh food at your finger tips
-Watering and nutrients are easy to do, I add every 10 days or so
-Greenery in your kitchen, love seeing the living plants
-Way to brighten up your kitchen (especially Vancouver Island winters)
-Perfect way to start outdoor plants
Cons:
-Stumbled though the set up the first time, don't start at 7pm after kids go down.
-Water reservoir door just sits on top of the bottom layer, which is exciting to explore for a 2 year old. To avoid toys and dirty fingers going inside, I wish the door had a small clasp to keep in place.
-If your sensitive to noise, the water pump runs constantly. Its just white noise to us and not really a con.
-Although brightness is listed as a pro, the light hours recommended are 6am-10pm. For us that's too late for such a bright light. We shut ours off at 7pm so the plants only get 13 hours but it seems to be fine.
I also have done a full clean of it already, which is sooner then recommended but I wanted to make sure I had done it before writing a review. Having stumbled through the set up, the tear down and putting back together went much smoother. The whole cleaning process took me two hours for the first time. I imagine I could shave that down future cleans.
Lastly, shout out to Ryan for the personalized email with diagram to help me understand the silicon inserts inside the water tube. This family run business goes the extra step to ensure your success and happiness.
Very happy customer. Thank you!
We can not thank you enough for this review. We love that you went the extra step and showed the con's and pro's. This is amazing and helps everyone. We also want to thank you for working with us during the set up process. We are improving the instruction manual so this does not happen in the future. We appreciate all your feedback, as this is how we improve our system and setup. Thank you again and happy gardening.
Ordered the 4 tier tower while it was on kickstarter and I love it so much. Simple design and all pieces are replaceable. Company is responsive to solving any issues quickly and provides free indoor garden training. I got mine in January and already have greenbeans, peppers, strawberries, swiss chard, lettuce, tomato, oregano, kale and amaranth growing. Growing in the winter helps a ton with my seasonal affective disorder. Also, bonus it's a Canadian company. Saving up for a second!
Thank you so much for supporting us and allowing this garden to come to market. We are so happy to hear that it is growing amazing and love the picture!
Gardening has always been therapeutic for me so to be able to do that in winter has been so beneficial. Although, because the Eden Garden is virtually maintenance free I’m not really gardening - just playing.
When I first started looking at hydroponic gardens I was a little shocked at the prices. Yours is by far the best deal out there but I was still thinking, those sure are expensive vegetables. However, when I began to explore what it would take to build my own system and how ugly it would look I became more and more convinced that your garden was what I wanted. I was about to hit the purchase button but felt a hesitancy because of the cost. So I went to Instagram and looked to see if you had an account. Once I found you I messaged you about whether or not you would have a Black Friday sale. You replied within 10 minutes with a sale price and that closed the deal for me. I then told my sister and she bought one as well.
I felt a lot of love in the starter kit.
No fuss going around finding everything else, we can just unpack and start planting.
It helps not having to go buying packages of good seeds that will last max 2 years.
I am happy with my Eden Tower so far! Set up was straightforward, good quality, looking forward to seeing sprouts !
En suivant les instructions sur vidéo, j’ai très bien réussi à monter la tour. Elle est superbe. Pour avoir déjà un produit de votre compagnie, j’ai confiance en votre jardin. J’ai bien hâte de voir mes légumes y pousser!!
What an absolute amazing system. Really easy to set up. Looks beautiful and works exactly like described. So happy with this purchase.
Thank you for your feedback and so happy to hear you are loving it.
Happy Gardening
Received my Eden Garden on March 28th, I had it put together and planted March 29th. This is my garden today and I harvested my first big bowl of lettuce. Garden isn't even a month old yet. Can't wait till I get some cucumbers and tomatoes from it later. I already see some flowers on one of the tomato plants.
Our 3rd bowl of lettuce/swiss chard harvested since planting seeds about 3.5 weeks ago!
Just harvested my kale (upper left) for baked kale chips, and the arugula for a salad. I love my garden and it works perfectly, thanks Hope.
The teaspoon hopefully gives you a sense of their size. This garden was started March 6, 2021 tomatoe plants, lettuce plant you cant really see behind the basil but its producing. Also last photo is the bell pepper plant also started March 6, 2021. The lettuce plant in front of the basil was started March 24, 2021.
Two weeks difference between the tomatoes on the left and the tomatoes on the right. We polished all the lettuce, have tons of kale, spinach is growing nicely, and currently I have 2 strawberries that sprouted, a bean and 2 peppers that are coming along nicely. I love this set up!!!??
I started my garden Dec 28. I started eating lettuce & herbs about 3 weeks later. I have eaten everything in my garden except strawberries & tomatoes & now they are blooming. I had difficulty with the spinach, but it is going now too. I had to soak the seeds & let them germinate in damp paper towel. It took about 2 days. Thank-you #HOPEInnovation, for all your help and advice.
I love that I will be able to grow my own lettuce this winter. I also love experimenting with new seeds to see what works and what doesn't.
